The challenge

Scaling a large catalogue without breaking profitability.

This is a business of low prices and fierce competition, where every point of ACoS matters. Growing it efficiently across multiple marketplaces created four hard problems:

  • High manual effort managing PPC across a large catalogue.
  • Multiple marketplaces to monitor and advertise in simultaneously.
  • Suboptimal bid adjustments leading to inefficient spend.
  • Difficulty scaling without compromising Real ACoS and margins.
The strategy

A planned bidding stack for every SKU, in every marketplace.

We automated the critical, repetitive parts of PPC management, freeing our operators to focus on strategy.

Bidding-stack strategy

  • A separate, planned bidding stack tailored to each SKU's campaigns in each marketplace.
  • High-barrier stacks assigned to SKAG campaigns, which produced the highest share of orders.
  • Target-bid adjustment based on a 30-to-90-day performance window.
  • Imported rules using a custom ad-group strategy to continuously import new keywords per SKU.

Campaign creation & insights

Launching new-SKU campaigns and filling targeting gaps across marketplaces is hugely time-consuming by hand. Automation handled both auto campaigns and manual keyword SKAG campaigns, while ad-performance filters let us pinpoint exactly where to move the needle next.

A single shared stack means a change to one SKU propagates across the whole account, so improvements compound everywhere at once, instantly.
Key takeaways

What made it work.

  • Automation enables precise bid management and campaign optimization at scale.
  • A strategic, per-SKU bidding stack is critical to scaling advertising profitably.
  • Account-wide rule propagation makes optimization fast and consistent.
  • Regular data analysis and adjustment steadily improve ACoS, ROI and gross profit.
